Location really close to train terminal. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing. And Mohamed went above and beyond in helping me with laundry . Such a lovely kind hospitable man. Such a credit to this hostel.

The hostel has a great central location. Check-in instructions were sent before we arrived, and they were clear and very helpful. We booked a private room which had 2 bunk beds and a private bathroom. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were ok, but you have to put on the bedsheets yourself, and only a thick, long pillow is provided. The cleaning staff in the morning was very helpful and friendly. Shops and restaurants are nearby. It is good for a short stay to explore Bilbao.

Good sized room with clean and great en suite. Superb location for easy walking to the centre of the city. Place felt secure and in a quiet neighbourhood.
