An excellent quality buffet breakfast was available. Loved the powerful rain-head shower and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. They are custom made just for the hotel.

We have been staying in this hotel every year for last 10 years before we take ferry. We love Bilbao.. A lovely city and this hotel is very centrally located. However each time after travelling 8 hours from south.. the reception at the desk is unfriendly... they are oblivious to the fact that we have stayed there 2 to 3 nights on each occasion for so many years.... never upgraded This year we stayed on arrival and found the standard had slipped somewhat... so on our return we have decided to stay elsewhere 🙂 I've never had breakfast and only once dinner... when it was raining.. dining room like a refectory and Bilbao has way more to offer!
