This hotel is absolutely amazing.We have stayed in Bilbao 7 times now and this has excelled the others in its location,cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous and always polite and smile and greet you. They organised a surprise birthday package of flowers & cava with a sweet treat for my husband’s 50th birthday and this was a lovely surprise when he entered the room. The Toms are comfortable and beds are so comfy and extra large. Window to allow fresh air to circulate the room. The breakfast is great quality and so much choice and the area where you dine is comfortable and clean and well maintained. Would recommend and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Location is good, close enough to most Places but yet very quite. The aircondition is excellent, and the beds are amazing, with a good selection of pillows

Beautiful hotel, well located, great to have a very comfortable bar and snacks in the lobby. Can’t fault it.
