This is everything you can expect from a Hostel. Clean, safe, enough room for your bags, etc. The other guests were polite (no one staying up late and disrupting us). The salon was comfy and provided charging points. The breakfast was as expected (bread, cereal, fruit, toaster, kettle, microwave) and the other guests cleaned up after themselves (as is expected). The staff were happy to talk in Spanish (and offered slow Spanish if you prefer) or English. WiFi was excellent (they have two different networks to account for access across the hostel). The bathroom was of good quality, 4 toilets, 4 showers, 4 wash basins. Showers were warm and powerful enough to clean yourself. I'd thoroughly recommend for anyone needing a cheap stay in Bilbao.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great in the morning. The eating facilities are excellent too. And I liked the chill out areas.
