The friendliness of the staff made our stay! They were welcoming, helpful and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We will for sure go back and stay in this hotel. RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Property was a beautiful flat in a historic building in the old town, very close to bars and restaurants. Everything we needed for a stay was there, even a little balcony looking out on the street. Once the rooms shutters were closed the room was quiet and private. Air conditioning, WiFi and tv all added to make the experience very comfortable. The bed was comfortable with night lights and sockets near. The bathroom was small but well planned, the shower was powerful with nice towels. The key codes to all doors made the apartment secure. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. For the price we paid it was more than expected, plenty of it and served with a smile.

There was an initial mix up with our booking (Booking.com's error, not 7 Kale B&B's fault), but Dana and Patrice the staff at 7Kale were brilliant - they moved us into an alternative accommodation for one night, and then moved us back to 7Kale for the 2nd night. They were very apologetic about the mix up (I repeat it was not their fault). When we did get to stay at 7Kale they were so lovely and welcoming, and we really enjoyed out stay there - they had moved us into a beautiful suite. We loved Bilbao and would definately recommend this accommodation. Brilliant breakfast.
