The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly expecially Usman who served us tasty omelette. Amadou who is a backroom staff, worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable.

Loved the atmosphere and most of the staff were wonderful. My only issue is the poor communication and customer service we encountered. Upon arrival our room wasn’t the cleaned properly , hair all over bathroom dirty curtains and bedding. Manager on duty was super helpful, and We were upgraded towards the end of our stay but that room had a pipe burst so we had faeces coming out the drain hole. This was unpleasant to encounter, and impossible to have a proper shower without contamination. Coco ocean did send a plumber to inspect problem however this continued.The housekeeper assigned to our room wasn’t very rude, she accused us of a missing mug, kissed her teeth and did not change our bedding. Overall this place is amazingly beautiful, However, quality staff training needs to be implemented, and awareness of unconscious biases.

The staff could have not been more wonderful. Lovely sprawling hotel complex. We were kindly upgraded. So grateful. Room was enormous, if being hyper critical I would say that there is room for some modernisation but, we cannot fault our stay.

The Thai restaurant is exceptional. The room we were in was nice and clean. Staff friendly. I like the feel of the place.
