-the place had everything needed for stay -green and birds singing at the window -nice host -good location (I could hike to the mountains and for the Giro d' Italia finale!)

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It was perfectly clean, public parking is just in front the building and it is good value for money

Excellent communication with the landlord, beautiful building and an absolutely stunning location: close to the centre of Biella but in a lovely, quaint, traditional, and quiet spot called Chiavazza; you only hear the church bells and roosters from the neighbours' gardens, no traffic noise or other nonsense. Beautiful views from all of the windows. Importantly – despite it being a loft apartment, the house does not overheat at all. Nice patio. Great furnishings, including a washing machine. Meticulously clean.
