I charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, not even in the common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repairs.Guests may not make reservations within their city of residence. Please contact me if you want to book in your place of residence.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment was sparking clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, and the sofa bed is both very comfortable and easy to set up. Marco is super helpful and communication was excellent. Highly recommended!
