The charges for parking are as follows:- Up to 15 mins it is for free- Up to 2 hrs will incur a charge of £11- Up to 8 hrs will incur a charge of £22. Each additional hour will incur a charge of £2- Overnight and up to 24 hrs will incur a charge of £16. Each additional hour will incur a charge of £3Executive Lounge Policy:Please note the executive lounge is for guests aged older than 18 years only, alcohol is served from 17:30 to 19:30 daily.Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing timeIn line with our sustainability policy, our standard is to change your bed linen on the 4th night of your stay and again after you check out.

“Not perfect”

Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot on offer. The pool was great. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The bar food was poor quality. Good location. Comfy beds and clean room. The reception area flavoured water is a nice touch. The reception staff and customer service area staff were friendly too.

Clean and modern interior. Room was spacious and well set up for a family. The bathroom had a bath which was great for the children. Swimming pool facilities were great and breakfast was fabulous! Staff were welcoming and friendly - added a personal touch. The room was well equipped with iron and ironing board, robes, slippers, tea and coffee, still and sparkling water etc.

The wow factor when you walk in greeted by friendly staff reception bar staff we booked a penthouse for our anniversary meeting family there stunning room fabulous view from balcony balloons on the bed with little chocolate balloons in the living and two beautiful cakes with cream and strawberries great treat not expected great breakfast in the morning
