Breakfast excellent both days. Helpful host. Lovely walk and cafe at nearby canal/river. Superb Indian restaurant a short drive away.

We had a fantastic stay at Hayford House. The rooms were absolutely massive — plenty of space and very comfortable throughout our visit. The breakfast was really nice, fresh, and set us up perfectly for the day. A special mention to Leo, who was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Great service all round. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The welcome from the host. The room is traditionally furnished but well appointed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast menu including overnight oats, sourdough toast and good quality smoked salmon. I would not hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view over the extensive garden. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and very healthy, the house itself is charming, interesting, spacious and delightful. The whole ambience was calm and restful. Leo is a great host, very helpful, and thoughtful. Thank you, we'll be back!
