Leo the host was very helpful and friendly, the Location was amazing our room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We felt more like family with all the home comforts provided.

An outstanding place to stay. It is more like a country mansion than a guest house! One has the use of several rooms, as well as one's own spacious bedroom. The gardens are vast and guests are encouraged to walk around them. The outlook from all rooms is superb and is either of the gardens or the beautiful church opposite. The walks around the house and along the nearby canal are delightful. The host is engaging and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Full English breakfast very good. Location good for Oxford and the main attractions, Bicester village & Blenheim Palace. Garden, nice place to relax with a drink and good book.

Room lovely size and excellent shower. There was a nice greeting on arrival from the host who also made fresh homemade bread for brekfast and homemade jam which were both excellent. If we could rate the breakfast which would give it more than 10 - the produce tasted local and everything was perfectly cooked. The house felt homely in a beautiful village and it was lovely and peaceful and in a good location.
