Clean room. Thin duvet with option to double up if needed (too many places give you a 15tog duvet in summer). Breakfast was quite good considering the price paid. Parking available on the front. Check in simple. Surprisingly quiet. Good value for money. Basic but worth considering again.

No-frills but great value for money for a work stayover. Property is clean, bed comfortable and useful facilities for preparing food. It’s five minutes from my office too, which is a real bonus

Have stayed at location for several weeks off an on for work clean presentable comfy beds tea coffee facilities great location for shops and greening across rd for food
