It was spotless place to stay for a family holiday. The food was absolutely delicious, especially dinners . The rooms were comfortable and well conditioned with a great sea view.

I'll prefice this with saying that as far as the hotel environment and rooms go I would call it more of an excellent 3 star hotel, so I wouldn't expect any kind of luxury. However, when it comes to how we were treated it was amazing. The staff was very perceptive and quick, especially during meals. They were super quick getting things from the tables and going around making sure we all have everything we needed. The meals (we had the soft all inclusive) were buffet style and changed slightly every day. The highlight for me was their accommodation of intolerances and food preferences (make sure to write it in your booking and they will be ready). I am lactose intolerant and while it is always a struggle they at least tried to make sure there is at least one dessert I could have (always combined with gluten free which is a shame but it's always like that and I totally understand). They did have lactose free milk! They had lots of breads for gluten intolerant people (even gluten free - but not lactose free - tiramisu so that's cool). Anyway, amazing staff, great service. The room service and general cleanliness of the hotel was great too. The private beach was about 5-8 minutes of walk away (the beach is wide so it takes the few extra to get all the way to the sea) and there were sun chairs with umbrellas there for the hotel guests. The beach was regularly cleaned and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The toilet at the beach is squat type, not great. The sellers at the beach are ever-present but not rude and usually will let you be after a short No, gracie. When it comes to the demographic of the hotel I would say it very much caters to families, even has a play room downstairs, but works for couples fine if all you want from your hotel is a quiet stay. It's not the type of events and parties hotel. Do with that information what you will I guess.
