When we were in the neighbourhood we gave the owners a call and Ilaria, our hostess, arrived pactically at the same time as we did at the front door of the palazzo to open up for us and to hand us the keys. We got a very warm welcome and were made feeling at home right away. And what a home! This beautifully restored palazzo with splendid frescoes from the 18th century was our home base for 2 nights, and it was honestly too short to enjoy all the comfort and the beauty of the place. Guests rent a suite in the apartment on the first floor and and the opulent salon and the bright kitchen in the apartment are communal space, should the other suite be rented out as well. The owners Ilaria and Alessio went out of their way to restore the appartment in a way that emphasizes its antiquity and yet offers the 21st century guest all possible comfort. Bibbiena, in the Casentino mountain area of Tuscany is away from the hustle and bustle of the big tourist centers. Big enough to have a station to reach cities like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Rome for day trip and big enough to be the home of several great restaurants and a wonderful cocktail bar in the central square, but small enough for village charm, small enough to turn quiet in the evening, and friendly enough for your temporary neighbours to greet you in the street when you walk by for an evening stroll. Bibbiena is also the home of the Italian Photography Festival (https://www.festivalfotografiaitaliana.it/) and it's beautifully integrated in the town, both in- and outdoors, as well as a great starting point for exploration of the beautiful casentiino area. Very worth visiting!

hi i stayed one night ,I never stayed apartment like this ,interior and design was awesome ,everything works perfectly,alesso and his wife both are very friendly and helpfull ,they dropped me in my meeting place their car without any charges , great location ,good restaurants near by ,perfect place to stay I visit again

We rented the Campana Silver suite, which included two bedrooms. The bedroom are spacious, very well curated, and tastefully furnished. The common spaces (which are shared between the occupants of the two suites, the Gold and the Silver) are beautiful. Bibbiena is a beautiful small town and it's very conveniently located to tour the area.
