Christopher “Enjoyable stay in a good central 4 star hotel”

The hotel is very well located with views of the beach (Plage de Port Vieux) and within walking distance of practically all the main attractions in Biarritz. Though it is not my style, the room (Comfort Double room with ocean view and balcony) was nice and it had a beach vibe, with shelves that look like wooden swings tied to the ceiling with ropes. The breakfast area was nice (and we also had a chance to have breakfast on the rooftop once) and the breakfast was good. On the first night we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which again offers nice views of the beach. Staff in general were friendly and one in particular was extraordinarily helpful. Last but not least, some very delicious local goodies and a handwritten welcome note greeted us in the room upon arrival, and two bottles of water were regularly filled up for us each day during our stay. It was an enjoyable stay.

Great little hotel. Very nice bedroom and bathroom. Lovely comfortable roof terrace. Good food. Super friendly staff. Exceptional views....good location.
