The room was so comfortable, perfect for a group of 4. Close location to Terma Bania. Only 30 min to Zakopane. The spa was absolutely brilliant The kids loved it playing in the pool after hikes.

Overall, we liked the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the spa area, though it seems small, had enough space for everyone (except for the loungers, as there were only four). As mentioned in other reviews, the pool water was indeed cold, and the jacuzzi was too hot. On one hand, this was a downside, but on the other hand, it was an advantage because people didn’t linger in the jacuzzi — it was physically impossible to stay in that boiling water for more than 5 minutes. As a result, there was never an issue finding space there :). There are two good saunas as well. I also had a massage session, which I really enjoyed—it was exactly what I needed after a day of skiing. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We also had dinner at their restaurant a few times, and we really liked everything there too.

The apartments are immaculately presented and really are very classy! The spa area was excellent and suitable for all ages!
