we loved our view, loved the balcony (we couldn’t remember whether we were getting a room with a balcony so that was such a surprise!)

Beautifully equipped and cosy apartments, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food (we however did not use it as food in the hotel restaurant and everywhere else in Bialka is very tasty and at really affordable prices). Very close to the ski lifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even not fluently speaking english

Nice decorated room, comfortable bed with 2 pillows for use, bathroom was clean, minimalistic but fine. I liked pictures on the walls. Breakfast was in restaurant downstairs, a lot of variation to choose from, coffee was tasty.
