Location, staff were extremely friendly and accomodating pre arrival and on arrival. Lovely clean facilities.. Absolutely no hesitation recommending . 😃

Bed was good and big (we share bed with our baby and we had plenty of space). The lift goes to the ca park. It's possible to enter the car into the car park before visiting reception. Breakfast was good.

we were placed in a newly refurbished part of the hotel .The rest of the hotel was still being refurbished during our stay, but we were made aware of this when we booked ,At no time during the stay did we encounter workmen or noise or dirt, it was like they were not there.Work only started after 9-30am and finished at 4pm If all the refurbishment is completed to the same quality as our suite then it will be great.I believe the name will change to IBIS HOTEL

Brilliant staff, reception is available all evening which is incredible. The beds are comfortable and the toilets are clean.
