Great location, good facilities. Just in need of a thorough clean in some places. Bedroom curtains need repair or replacing. Some black mould spots in the shower. Nothing serious but something like HG mould spray would sort it out very easily. A bit of de-cobwebbing and dusting needed and then it would be 10 out of 10. We would stay again, it's so handy for the station and town.

It was perfect for our family group, two couples and youngest daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen well equipped. We had a family birthday lunch party in Bexhill centre so location was excellent
