Exactly as described, with extra amenities to make sure guests were comfortable. The host was so incredibly kind and accommodating, answered any questions i had in a timely manner.

Convenience of location great. The parking space directly outside would make it extremely tight for getting in and out with luggage. Sofa bed was very dusty underneath and to the side of it, and the corners of the property need attention to cleaning. Well stocked for how compact it was. Prefer the apartments for space but for an overnighter it was fine.

Property is compact with everything that is needed for a good nights sleep. Great facilities, coffee machine make lovely coffee. I found the sofa bed really comfortable, the shower was great too. The centre of town is a few minutes walk away and Beverley is a wonderful old market town, beautiful old buildings, lovely people, with lots to do and see.
