No breakfast provided, it was on a room only basis. No facilities to provide breakfast either - this was made clear on the booking information, so was not a surprise - there was a small fridge in the ‘communal area’, and there was additional supplies for teas and coffees should you need. The location was excellent, literally steps away from the town centre.
