Some of the double rooms are in the main building and some are in the chalet part of the building. All rooms are on the first floor and offer views of the River Llygwy and Clogwyn Cyrau Mountain. Each room tea/coffee making facilities and a private en-suite bathroom. If you require a cot bed, please inform the B&B in the special requests box when making the booking to ensure the B&B allocates you the biggest double room to accommodate the cot.

Both single rooms are located in the main part of the building and are on the first floor. The rooms offer views of the River Llygwy and Clogwyn Cyrau Mountain. You will find tea/coffee making facilities and a private en-suite bathroom.

Everything, the location was great with the Sherpa bus stop a short walk away with plenty of sops, bars and places to eat. Lee was wonderful, great choices for breakfast cooked fresh once in the eating area. Will definitely be back when we return to Betws y Coed. Thanks Lee.

Fine for what we paid. It’s basic, needs refurbishing but it was cheap, well situated and you get breakfast. OK for what we paid.
