Had another great stay at the cottage Everything in the cottage that you could possibly need Beach Close by And the weather was on our side which was a bonus

Liked the location and watching the rabbits around the park. Close proximity to the dog friendly beach. Not too far to walk into Bridlington. ( about a mile with a dog friendly cafe on the way ). Good base for seeing other attractions. ie Bempton Cliffs, Filey , the Wolds , etc

A beautiful little place, the owner was great with us and helped however he could, would definitely come again, would be nice in the summer to have more of a look round, cottage was great and the fire kept my girlfriend happy, (always a winner), everything you needed for a nice break, also the pub near by (the lobster pot) did an amazing Sunday roast, great weekend by all and Thank-you
