The staff were very welcoming on arrival, and there was information about how to get around and what to see in the lobby. There was a good range of food for the breakfast which was included in the cost of the stay.

Hotel is in a quiet and safe area. Had lots of towels, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The staff in the kitchen are friendly. Besançon is in the middle of places I wanted to visit.

Location was good and we had an enormous room ( I think it was actually an easy access room). Very quiet neighbourhood with two parks in the vicinity which were good for dog owners. On site restaurant offered reasonable priced meals
