Really friendly welcome Room brilliant and tastefully decorated Kitchen area great with selection of cereals, milk, bread, butter and jams available . Pool, hot tub and sauna we did to use as only two night stay Permit for parking just outside the property

This was the first time we have stayed in a guesthouse and Eastwatch far exceeded our expectations. Paul was very friendly and extremely helpful. His communication was first rate. He was flexible with our check in time in the first instance and then went out of his way to check if he was able to provide us with an extra night's accommodation at the last minute (we were lucky he did have one available, given the time of year). Our room was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was immaculate. The shared kitchen was great. It was fitted out with everything possible and was comfortable, providing amenities for all guests, a stunning view of the coast and a continental type breakfast was included. The location was perfect. Parking was provided; the guesthouse was right on the beach; a five minute drive into Berwick and a local bus a few minutes walk up the street. We cannot speak highly enough of Paul and highly recommend Eastwatch guesthouse.

Everything was as described and it was excellent. Accommodation was quiet and comfortable, mattress was good and we slept well. Paul was there to welcome us and was very pleasant and helpful.
