“such a homely feel, but so grand simultaneously!”

the property was so outstanding, a little cottage house so full of life and personality, inside and out, from the walls so beautifully decorated with art and photos, to the trinkets, furniture and colours all throughout! this stay felt so homely but so grand simultaneously! and the GARDEN!? phenomenal! THE VIEW? extravagant!! the owners and staff were so kind, hospitable and welcoming, Margaret, Justin and Tracey made our stay so easy and comfortable! thank you for welcoming us to your cottage and thank you tracey for feeding us!

The location was brilliant, amazing view across the Tweed and the viaduct. Excellent breakfast produced by Tracy who was a real star. Free car parking and short walk into the town. Comfortable accommodation a home from home.

A quaint place.with a lovely atmosphere. Right near the river with a lovely walk in to the town .
