Location is perfect, a lovely off road walk leads you directly down to the river or into the town. Our room had a great view of the bridge and the room contained everything we could wish for. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or any more friendly. If you stay have the full English, cooked to perfection!

Very warm welcome allied with a spacious, comfortable room. The panoramic view from our room was stunning over the River Tweed, the two road bridges downstream and the wonderful railway viaduct adjacent upstream, with two comfortable chairs ideally placed to enjoy it all. Breakfast was comprehensive, very good and served promptly. The place itself was very homely. A pleasant, short walk through the neighbouring park took us into the centre of Berwick and its wide range of eateries to satisfy different tastes and budgets. Another real benefit was being able to park where we stayed without any problem. Plenty of places to explore both within the town itself and the local area.

The Manager, Odette, welcomed us warmly. She gave us a town map, pointing out various places to see. The room Odette took us to was beautiful, clean and with fantastic views of the river, bridges and viaduct. Wifi password was sitting on the bedside table, while an A4 list of restaurants was placed on the chest of drawers with information onxwhether dog friendly or not. The bed was very comfortable, asleep in no time. Breakfast was plentiful in the dining room. You didn't want for anything. Margaret, the owner, introduced herself at first breakfast. A very gracious and kind lady. We hope to be back soon.

the property was so outstanding, a little cottage house so full of life and personality, inside and out, from the walls so beautifully decorated with art and photos, to the trinkets, furniture and colours all throughout! this stay felt so homely but so grand simultaneously! and the GARDEN!? phenomenal! THE VIEW? extravagant!! the owners and staff were so kind, hospitable and welcoming, Margaret, Justin and Tracey made our stay so easy and comfortable! thank you for welcoming us to your cottage and thank you tracey for feeding us!
