The room was lovely! big, and very clean. Location was excellent, right in the heart of town. Check in was easy -great communication. The price was reasonable. Communal lounge and kitchen which we didn't really use, but was comfortable and had everything you could need. We would definitely stay again if in the area. A couple of minor niggles - could do with another mirror in the room, very hot at night. But overall a fab stay 👍

We loved how it was central to everything. Loads of nearby facilities, walks etc. my first time back to Berwick in years was very enjoyable.

Cara Lodge was comfortable. It is well placed for the station which is five minutes walk away. Excellent parking facilities close by. A shop opposite. Centrally placed for trains to Edinburgh, London and other cities. Berwick-upon-Tweed is an interesting town to look around and Holy Island half an hour's drive.
