A very nice place to stay in the middle of nature. The people are incredibly friendly and the food is really delicious. Since we were only there for a short time, we booked a day tour, which is highly recommended. Ask for Racha, probably the best guide in the Cameron Highlands.

Beautiful setting and authentic experience learning about native way of life. We’ve stayed in fancy hotels on this trip but this is the place that I think we’ll remember most!

We stayed here 3 nights and it was a real immersion into the nature! The location is amazing, in the middle of the forest, perfect to enjoy and relax. The owner and the people working there were really nice, they organised a visit to a tea farm and two excursions. They offer a really tasty tipical dinner, and the breakfast also was amazing. You can also learn a lot about the natives there. The place is a bit far away from everything, so if you have a car is easier to move, but we didn’t have and we enjoyed as well, thanks to the organized trips. Definitely reccomend!! :)

Unique experience. One of those places that will always stay with you. Great for adults and children alike. The surroundings are something special. The sound of the waterfall, animals and nature. Relaxing for the mind. The staff here are excellent. Always helpful and informative. The food was really good and interesting. You can swim in their small ‘river’ which is especially great for kids. We booked a Cameron-tour through the Inn which was great. We really enjoyed our stay here. Warmest recommendation.

Insane experience! After arriving at this 'hobbit style' small haven, we were given the opportunity to try some hand crafted blowpipes as well as shown how animal traps are made using natural resources. The native dinner is really amazing both eating wise and seeing how it's prepared (soup heated in bamboo, lots of natural ingredients). Really well constructed site, huts felt super cozy

Amazing location, amazing people :) Great 4hr jungle trek in the rain forest behind the homestay. Amazing food! Take advantage of the wonderful educational opportunities included: learning how the Asli people traditionally prepare the food, learn to use the hunting blowpipe, observe traditional traps and try to solve traditional jungle puzzles. Take some snacks and beers with you (although we were able to buy some beers from their fridge). Take some mosquitto repellent!!! We've driven past Tanah Rata and know I would not want to stay there - very busy and noisy... We enjoyed the jungle hike more than the full day tour around the usual tourist hot spots such as tea plantation etc - although our driver Raja was great.

For the nature lover that I am, this was one of the best stays I had in my life, we were completely mesmerised by nature and sleeping with the sound of the waterfall behind our chalet. The food was cooked in a traditional way using bamboo and it was delicious. The breakfast was also tasty and the quantity more than what I expected. You can also use their kitchen and prepare your own coffee, we had free refill of water all day long and the chalet had a hair dryer which I didn’t expect. Overall, it was amazing. First time I stay in a shared bathroom place but we were only 2 guests and had different bathrooms, there were so many bathrooms and it was all clean, tissue provided and soap as well. One more word for the host Gee and his staff who took time to explain to us the life in the jungle, the way we hunt, how to cook the food and so on. I was thinking 1 night would be enough, definitely not, and would for sure love to come back for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy this amazing place.

What a wonderful, wholesome property. The room was clean, comfortable and well set up. The simple breakfast was delicious and we loved learning about the animal traps and going for a 1hr hike - we wished we could have gone for longer!
