This property is so much nicer than the photos. You can park out the front of your own little picket fence with a sunny north facing verandah, wander into downstairs where there is a comfortable lounge room, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry and toilet. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite and another bedroom and bathroom. The back overlooks a reserve with trees, rabbits and parkland whereas you are smack bang in the centre of town just across the road from the famous donut van. Excellent property and location
