This is a rustic, well worn, traditional, privately run hotel in a small but very pleasant rural village. The hotel is the cafe, bar, tabac, restaurant (and hotel) for the village. It is an old story book hotel! Everything happened in the few days we stayed. A phenomenal thunderstorm overnight with some flooding, tree damage and power outage for village. Power came back for breakfast but went off again in afternoon into the night so cooking impossible. Owner confirmed power was on at town of Pons a few miles away so we had to go and dine there. Final day quite uneventful..The family was great and rallied round to look after their guests

Dog friendly, I was invited to dine in excellent restaurant with the dogs. My dinner was excellent and good value. The location was very pleasant to walk the dogs.

Nice friendly, polite staff. Place is in a very quiet peaceful village. I went with my dog, no issues.would recommend and go there again. :)

It is really easy to get too from the motorway, on a road trip. The Village is quiet and you would feel safe with a car loaded up. There is off street parking behind the hotel. There is a pool table in the bar downstairs which would entertain the kids/ adults, there is also a tabac and sweetshop located downstairs too.
