The staff at the reception greeted us with a very warm welcome after a long drive. Very helpful,speakers very good English. Breakfast although we are used to an English breakfast,but it's worth the money. Location exceptional since public transport is opposite the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Good sized room and bathroom. Even though there were no hot drinks available in the room, we were able to get them from downstairs free of charge anyway. It was still a pricey hotel to say there were little amenities in the bedroom and not very close to the centre although there is a bus stop right outside when needed.

- The room was bigger than I expected and quite convenient, especially with the large screen TV — we could connect our laptop and enjoy our own movies, which was a nice touch compared to regular TV channels. - The staff were friendly and happy to help with small things. - Travel Pass: I also received the Bern travel pass during my stay, so I didn’t need to buy separate tickets for public transport. - The free tea and coffee corner, available even at night with a good variety to choose from.
