Great location. Next to the Tram Station, you can get into the city real quick. Within walking range, you can go to the famous Aare, and Dählhölzli Tierpark. (Stairs way) I walked with a 4 years old, around 20 minutes we are there in Tierpark. So the hotel location are good. The working staff are very nice and polite especially the new girl who check us in. Giving us great info, helping us the max she can. We got checked into the highest floor, so beautiful scenery 😍 Parking is also free, directly In front of the Hotel. The room looks and feels a bit old, we are in total 3 persons, we got a double room with additional mattress 🤷🏻♀️ not triple single bed.

The view of Bern city from our room was lovely, with a chair thoughtfully placed by the window to sit and enjoy the scenery. Amenities are very good, with comfortable large towels, bathrobes, slippers, and access to the spa, which stays open until 11 pm. Breakfast is varied and satisfying, with milk alternatives available on request. We also loved the complimentary apples at the reception. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Free parking was a great convenience, and the hotel kindly allowed us to keep our car parked until late at night after checkout when we were ready to leave Bern.
