Claude & staff have treated us extremely well. Place is well kept and professionally maintained - I believe they own the whole 3 stores building (6 apartments). Excellent cost/benefit ration (for Swiss standards). Quiet, easy to get neighborhood (we were driving - easy parking). Definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very clean, cozy beds, quiet location and transport within 5 minutes. Clear instructions from the host. Very happy that we received tickets for the public transport for free. Very well stacked mini bar.

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. A big plus is the parking, which seemed to be enough for all the guests. The cleaning service was a surprise, even though we only stayed two nights. The hosts were responsive and answered questions quickly. The city center is easily accessible by tram. Thank you!

It was everything in the appartment that could be - all the kitchen staff, sewing kit, bathroom liquids, even mini bar. They cleaned it every day. I feeled like in a hotel :) The Bern ticket was very helpful.
