The fridge in room 10 was very noisy and disturbed sleep. Excellent shower rose and water pressure but there was no hot water on the last morning of a 3 night stay.

A charming little granny flat situated in the lovely town of Birchwood. Very well located and perfect for a short stay to enjoy country hospiality.

The location was lovely, we could sit on the decking and overlook the water. The apartment had everything you could want, very clean and everything felt fresh, think it had a recent update. It was quiet and very easy

Good distance from town and Kate (who I guess is the owner) was available and active on the property. Kate also seemed relaxed and like nothing was a problem.

Clean, modern and relaxing. Walk out the gate and you see the oyster farms. The facilities on sit are great. Pool and even the laundry, which we had a lot. Perfect!
