Lovely and comfortable place to stay, staff are very friendly and always helpful. Will definitely stay here again. We had a fab time there for Christmas markets and historical journey throughout Berlin

Nice room in a good quiet neighbourhood slightly outside from the city center. Clean room and very friendly staff, happy to help with any questions. Gym js also available.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The check-in and the check-out was smooth. The room is stylish, clean and quiet I couldn't find better hotel at this price.The staff in reception waw so friendly and helpful. Pankow is a quiet and nice area of Berlin. Make a walk around hotel to see gardens and the palace. I will come again

The room was comfortable and clean, and other facilities such as the option to eat at an in-house cafe/restaurant/bar and the vending machines were a nice add on. We were also allowed to store our luggage there even after checking out. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of a huge shopping center and S Bahn, bus, and tram. For us it was a plus to be near our conference center but keep in mind that it's a little further from most touristy areas than if you book in Mitte, although they are still very accessible by public transport and you get a good value for your money.
