Location is good with lots of places to eat and close to public transportation and grocery stores. There are 2 shared bathrooms for 4 rooms but it was always available and clean.

Clean bathroom (2 across 4 rooms) with good heating. Welcome bottle of sparkling water and tea and coffee provided. Good heating. Decent location overall - quiet neighbourhood.
