I really appreciate that my room was ready for me even though I was early. It was clean and comfortable and the hotel was close to the conference I was visiting so very convenient.

Location is great! Close to Tiergarten and Zoo. 10-15min walking distance to Zoo Station and bus stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special but it is fair enough. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Great location, although the nearest U Bahn is a long walk but buses stop outside regularly and connect to trains. Breakfast good and staff really helpful.

Room small but good value for money. We appreciated the transparency the first day in telling us that the room would have been cleaned every two days, however in the three nights we spent there, it never was cleaned, they only threw away our rubbish.
