Please note that this property consists of two boats next to each other.Depending on your booked category you get a room at either the Shipotel Eastern or the Shipotel Western. Cabins with direct river views are subject to availability and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date of booking.The reception is open daily from 08:00am until 23:00pm. Please confirm your check-in time in advance.Guests can access the Shipotel Eastern and Shipotel Western 24 hours a day using a door code. You can store your luggage on board from 8am until check-in from 4pm.Please note that guests are expected to be quiet from 23:00 to 08:00 daily.Non-swimmers and pets are not allowed on board due to safety regulations.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

first class cabin- basic but clean, bathroom was clean but furniture looked a bit 1970's the bed was very comfortable and linen spotless , no tv in room , free coffee and tea in reception area, able to smoke outdoors on deck with good seating, staff very helpfull and polite, can get breakfast at local bakery 5 mins walk away. close to ostbahnhof and warschauer strasse stations, staff available 24hrs on site

Everything was amazing, from the lovely staff to the excellent location. Loved the coffee (which was complimentary btw!) and the fact that i could store my bags until my flight. The room was super quiet (did not expect that from a boat, don’t know why) and dark (for sleeping -which i loved). Hot water was also available immediately. The staff deserve a second mention- amazing! I also loved how eco friendly they were.

Amazing location and price in such a cool, unique setting. Very friendly and informative staff, 24 hour coffee and tea station was a nice touch. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms, and clean shared showers. Good access to train stations direct from the airport. Would definitely recommend!
