Great base for exploring Berlin. Room clean in general although tea and coffee facilities a little grimy but no big deal, we just wiped it

Location is strategic, near to both subway and bus stops. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The downsides are weird room layout, dirty kitchenware (kettle and cups), no cutlery provided and not enough lighting in the room.
