Very convenient - couldn't get closer to the main train station, and great connections to both tram and U-bahn. Room was clean and comfortable; staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out.

The location right behind the Berlin Hauptbonhoff was great and convenient for access to local transport services. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. They have a nice courtyard and a bar for relaxing.
