The hairdryer didn't work - we reported it & it was replaced by the time we returned - excellent

Was in Berlin for the marathon weekend and it was great to be self-sufficient thanks to the kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery) and key box. Good location just 2 minutes from a supermarket, 5 minutes from the underground (U2 line which takes you to the centre) and a park and restaurants all nearby. Nice and quiet location (I had a room overlooking the courtyard at the back but the whole street seemed quiet). Clean room, comfortable bed.

Good location in a nice and quiet area. Well connected with public transportation. Wide choice of restaurants within a short walking distance.

All the staff were very kind, and communication was smooth. The reception was also a nice benefit. The accommodation itself was average, nothing particularly special. However, the microwave, dishes, and kettle in the room were useful additions.
