The location of the place is the big plus . Public transportation connectivity is awesome and the hotel is located in very lively area a lot of good restaurants are near by .

I checked in later than expected and at a difficult time (around 3am when I wrote I'd be arriving between 11pm to 1am). But the process of checking in as well as out was very straight forward. Due to the price, I was not really expecting anyone to clean or tidy my room while I was out, so was pleasantly surprised when it was. What I liked most of all is that hotel is in, (for my purposes) an excellent location that was easily accessible to public transport and the majority of attractions I wished to visit in Berlin. And when I compared it's price to all the others in the area (at the time), was a lot cheaper.

The accommodation was clean, tidy every day and the facilities were sufficient for a short stay. It was also possible to have a simple breakfast.

I was extremely late arriving and hadn't checked in with the hotel to alert them I would be. When I eventually rang, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding and there was no issue.
