Don't let the exterior of the hotel fool you, this place is definitely top notch - the staff is friendly and very cordial, the hotel's facilities, common areas and room are very clean and well maintained and the location is excellent. Speaking of the room, we got one of the junior suites (I believe that was the name) and it was a fantastic room, very spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and we even had some sweets waiting for us there. The breakfast is, undoubtedly, the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, there's a lot of variety, multiple types of food for whatever your breakfast needs are but, better than that, you can tell that the food is fresh and of the highest quality, everything there was superbly cooked and incredibly fresh and high quality, I wholeheartedly recommend having breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is well located. Very close to the airport and right in the middle of a large shopping district. Very close to Messe Berlin, which was great for work. The tourist bus stops right in front of the hotel, where the beautiful zoological gardens are located. The service was being impeccable, from the front office team to the room service team they were all so professional, helpful, and friendly. I loved the room service breakfast, so substantial, and served beautifully. It's definitely one of the best hotels in town and I would highly reccomend for both business and leisure travelers

The location was perfect as it was close to the metro, bus (100, 200 and hop on hop off) and directly opposite the zoo and aquarium. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The room was modern, well appointed and spacious. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety. The Indoor pool was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful
