The staff was very helpful and friendly and available 24/7. The location was great as well! Generally, the room was good value for money. I had a big bathroom all to myself and a quiet room. The lift is very sweet! Never seen one like that. Personally, I enjoyed the 'older' atmosphere of the hotel and I felt very safe during my stay which is a huge plus!
