Absolutely wonderful location and such a good apartment to come into on our trip. We arrived later than anticipated and the staff had stayed back to wait and help check us in which was unexpected but so welcoming.

Everything. Beautiful spacious well appointed apartment with a big balcony with outside storage cupboard great for suitcases. Staff were amazing. On-site laundry was free of charge. Opposite train station and trams and great restaurants nearby. Highly recomend these apartments.

We were a family of three adults, and the apartment suited our needs well. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and available most hours of the day. We rented a rear-facing apartment that included a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a bedroom that can be closed off for partial privacy. At the entrance there is a convenient storage area with a full-length mirror, and in general the apartment offers plenty of storage space. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony facing east — very pleasant in the morning. The dining area and refrigerator were practical and everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom was excellent — strong water pressure, a wide countertop near the sink, plenty of storage, hanging options, and a heated towel rack. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided, which can be sufficient during the milder seasons. The double-glazed windows provide good insulation when closed. We received extra towels during our stay, and the apartment was cleaned once during our five-day visit. The cleaning staff were present daily, so it seems possible to request additional cleaning if needed. The location is very convenient — right outside the building there is a variety of public transportation options that can take you anywhere in Berlin. Hackesche Höfe is about a 20-minute walk away, and there are several supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. The building is new and modern, with pleasant design, good lighting, and plenty of easily accessible power outlets. Both the living room and bedroom have large TVs with the option to connect your phone and stream Netflix or other services.
