The hotel is under construction, out of 3 elevators 2 wasn’t working, it was noisy , the location is amazing!! The breakfast is very good!! On top of everything we had 2 issues with the staff in the reception- 1. this hotel employs a Syrian immigrant who insulted one of my partners, who is Druze, and told him that they should be killed because they are infidels!! 2. In the last day I asked one of the ladies in the reception to make late check out- I was willing to pay but the answer was we are fully booked- I told her you lie , I can book 5 rooms now in booking so you have place !! Tell how much and I will pay but she was rude!! Except this everything was fine- the staff are polite and willing to help on every subject

The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all helpful, particularly towards my friend, who had mobility issues.
