Excellent hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Before arriving the location seemed outside the city’s center, however it was in an absolutely great shopping area with various dining options. I would definitely return for a next stay in Berlin.

They advertise as 5 star hotel but apparently they're 4 stars. Hotel is cozy but in our room we could hear outside noises through the night. Also our room wasn't the cleanest. The main problem we had is that even we paid our room through booking.com before, we were still charged around 450 euros and there is still a pending transaction of 350 euros (which summed up is around 800 euros). The 450 euros were refunded two days after a complaint but the 350 is still a pending transaction even almost 5 days after leaving the hotel. That really spoiled our experience because we were short on money after that. I hope this other transaction is canceled and it won't go trough.

Very spacious and good looking. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The room is big and cozy, makes you want to stay there. Unfortunately could not check the gym nor sauna but if it’s the same quality it must be great. What I value most is comfort and the ability to have a good night of sleep and the hotel is 10/10, better than my house. The location is amazing, close to everything, loved it. And the luxurious look also helps your ego, making it look like you made it in life

Lovely clean and spacious room. Facilities were great, as was the breakfast with lots of different options to choose from, and the staff were exceptional. The location of the hotel was really good too, with a great choice of restaurants and bars close by.

Beautiful hotel with lovely clean rooms and plenty of amenities. We had to change rooms halfway through our stay and our second room was even better than the first.
