The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully presented overall and very stylish. We dined in the restaurant and the food was superb. It is probably one of the finest hotels we have stayed in. The location is great. Kreuzberg is a very cool neighbourhood, with some excellent bars, and the hotel is ideally placed to access them all, plus it's close to the u-bahn. Just a superb experience all round..

Wonderful hotel. We were met by live music, a welcome drink & good food in the bar area when we arrived from a late flight - the perfect start to our stay. Excellent & generous breakfast; very helpful staff.

In a great spot in Kreuzberg, well connected with tonnes of great bars around. Definitely worth choosing a spot like this in a great vibrant part of the city vs being more central. You get to experience more of the culture with less tourist traps.

Excellent standard of hotel, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast options are a little expensive, especially if all you want is pastries and maybe cereal. Our main issue was the size of the room, it was tiny, no wardrobe at all, have to hang all clothes on wall hooks and back of the door. Moving around the bed was tricky and two people couldn't be up and about at the same time. Shame really as we liked everything else about it. Room 409 and 410
