It was perfect. The location was simply excellent. A special Thank You to Giulia. She welcomed us like we very long time guests. She was very kind, helpful but, most of all, her customer service was fantastic. Thanks to her our mini holiday was better. Thank You again Giulia. The little things always make the difference.

Motel One Alexanderplatz is an excellent location - close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shops around the area. I asked for a lower room as I am afraid of heights - and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh and tasty but can get crowded at times, and probably not worth 18 Euros since it's just cold buffet. The room isn't huge but it is very well designed and the bed is comfortable.

The room & soaps smelled amazing. Very clean & comfortable. Nice, helpful staff. Important: despite the hotel being located next to busy streets and train tracks, it was very quiet with windows closed.
