Great location, friendly staff, clean and good value/price ratio. We asked for more pillows and it was quickly resolved. Checking and out very easy.

The hotel is brilliantly located in central Berlin near Alexanderplatz and served so well by trams, U and S Bahn, and trains from the airport. We arrived after 1am after a late flight and the check in at the hotel was excellent with a 24hr front desk. Our room was spacious with a shower. Breakfast was continental in style and generous - perfect for what we needed to set us up for a day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just the perfect base to explore the city and such very good value for money too!
