Friendly and polite staff. A spotlessly clean facility. The location is extremely quiet and refined. The hotel is also very close to both the tram line and the S-Bahn line.

Everything was like what I expected. The reception gave me a water boiler when I need some hot water for drinking, which is appreciable. The rooms and beds were clean. You can easily get to the city center by train and tram. The stuff were friendly and supportive. It is recommended to put a mini-fridge in the rooms, instead of TV set.
