Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, everyone speaks multiple languages, small enough team they all felt familiar. Location - right next to a couple of queer venues and a close to underground. Quieter area but only 10 min walk to the zoo if you're interested! Had a junior suite - great size! Breakfast - continental, served at the table. Could have been a tiny bit more variety (I think a buffet would be better). Slightly higher priced than an equivalent non-Axel hotel but we wanted to stay here for the fact it was an Axel hotel.

Good location and a little bit outdated but very cool design. But best asset of the place are defenitely two lovely receptionists Natalia and Roxana. Very welcoming and helpful. Its them that make the place worth to visit, thank you for making me feel like taken care of.
