Communication with the apartment office before arrival was very good. We arrived outside of office hours, on Sunday evening. The keys were stored in a lockbox outside the office. The process of accessing and finding the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment was large, clean and as described on booking.com and all facilities as described. The staff in the office were amazing and really helpful. All linen and towels provided and clean.
